PORTFOLIO REVIEWS & ARTIST IN YOUR CLASSROOM

PORTFOLIO REVIEWS & ARTIST IN THE CLASSROOM

I am an artist and visual arts teacher with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree In the Art and
Art History Program from the University of Toronto and Sheridan. As a former Sheridan instructor teaching in the Illustration and Art Fundamentals Programs in the School of Animation, Arts & Design, I have been responsible for portfolio reviews and have an intimate knowledge of the portfolio assessment process and post-secondary arts programs. My career includes graphic design, photography and marketing management.

PORTFOLIO REVIEWS:
Informative sessions covering portfolio specifications and the requirements to empower your students to prepare an organized, strong portfolio demonstrating their skill, talent and knowledge. This open discussion dialogue viewing examples of artwork is designed to give your students the ability to speak coherently about their creative process during the assessment.

ARTIST IN THE CLASSROOM
As a mixed media artist working in both two and three dimensions, I provide a variety of workshops designed to meet your curriculum such as figure and perspective drawing, painting, design, photography and sculpture.

THE BUSINESS OF BEING AN ARTIST:
I share both my artistic and entrepreneurial experience discussing self promotion, marketing and customer service.
